See It Here First Updates:

This month we’ve added new features to make property listings more engaging, transparent, and easier to share.

A countdown now appears as soon as photos are uploaded, shown in the top-right corner of the images.

Benefit: Builds excitement and urgency for new listings, encouraging faster buyer interest.

Listings now show the pricing type selected by the agent (e.g. Offers Over, Guide Price).

Benefit: Provides clearer pricing context upfront, helping buyers understand expectations and reducing confusion.

From the main search page, mobile users can now scroll through all listing photos.

Benefit: Makes browsing faster and more engaging, helping buyers explore properties without extra clicks.

Users can now see how many times a property has been clicked, including “last viewed” time (e.g. 13 minutes ago).

Benefit: Adds transparency for homeowners and agents, while creating social proof to increase buyer urgency.

Homeowners and agents can share listings instantly via social media, WhatsApp, and more.

Benefit: Extends reach beyond the platform, helping generate more visibility and enquiries.

A map now shows the approximate location of each property.

Benefit: Gives buyers helpful context at a glance, making it easier to shortlist properties.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are now pulled through automatically onto each listing.

Benefit: Ensures compliance while giving buyers confidence in the property’s energy efficiency.
